Brevity in writing: the key to clarity.
Make it count. Make it professional.
Clients don’t have enough time. No one does. Communication should be like a good song or movie – no filler. Memorable.
Information is more compelling delivered straight-up. And short.
Not easy to do, takes some time, but worth it. Don’t take it from me; here’s something a guy wrote in a letter:
“I’m sorry I didn’t have the time to make it short”.
People are still talking about what he wrote.
